KEYWORD FOR THIS LUNAR CYCLE:
HEARTBEAT
“I believe it is in my nature to dance by virtue of the beat of my heart, the pulse of my blood and the music in my mind.”

WHAT IS THE KEY MESSAGE FOR THIS LUNAR CYCLE?
Earth Pulsing – Pulse of the Mother. Slow down. Time in nature.
With the beginning of the lunar new year, even though there are now no more major planets in retrograde which means we will feel a forward momentum in our lives, this card serves a reminder for us to slow down.
The busy holiday season is over. How can we take our reflections, insights, and inspirations from the new year forward, and truly integrate into our lives? How can we look into simplifying so we can truly focus on what matters?
The woman in the card is lying down on the bed of flowers which are on a body of water, and she is surrounded by mountains and waterfall. To me, that is her sanctuary where she can feel safe and relaxed.
As this lunar cycle’s theme is about the heartbeat, the question to ask ourselves is what truly excites us. What makes our heart beat, metaphorically? And how can we clear space in our own home, mind, and heart to make way for what matters?
If we start to feel frazzled and anxious all the time and cannot allow ourselves to relax, or if we feel bored with the same daily routine and start to lose touch with noticing magic in our lives, then it is an invitation to stop and pause, and to reflect if this is the way we truly want to continue to live.
We are asked to wake up from autopilot mode. Things do not need to go back to normal. Just because that is the way we have been doing things doesn’t mean that we need to continue doing the same.
If we want more balance in our lives, more time to do what lights us up, more money to enjoy life, then we must do something different, a new way of doing things that are sustainable for our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.
Slow down to find time this lunar cycle to examine your habits, routines, tendencies and attitudes in your daily life, and ask yourself if they are still aligned with your values.
We can only hear the answer when we slow down, and pay attention to what our hearts have to say.
Nature is also a great resource for guidance and answers. Find your own way to stay connected with nature, whether it is sipping a cup of cacao or tea mindfully, going for a walk or a swim outside, or choosing beautiful flowers to decorate your home.
We have this one life here on Earth to do what we are meant to do and it will pass by in a blink. How can we make the most out of it in the present moment and not in some distant future?
What is the first step that your heart is calling you to follow?
Daily Reflection: Today, Today, my heart is calling me to _____________.
Repeat this affirmation as often as you need during this lunar cycle. A great tip is to write your affirmation on a piece of paper and place it somewhere you can see every day as a reminder.
You can refer to my blog here at Museflower’s webpage on a simple guideline on how to write your own affirmation.
Feel free to change the words to make it 100% aligned to you.
For example,
It is safe for me to follow my heart’s calling.
I have enough time / energy / resources to do what I enjoy.
I am open to listen and receive guidance from my heart.
My heart knows the way.
My lifestyle sustains and nourishes me.
I recognize that my interpretation of the cards is largely based on reflections of my personal life experience and you may or may not resonate with what I share. I find that sometimes by sharing what’s going on in my life, others may find that they are going through something similar in their lives. It’s important to know that you are not going through this journey of life alone.
I highly encourage you to look at the cards as well and feel into the messages and energies of the cards yourself.
Read the messages and notice what sensations come up. Do you feel light or tense? Look at the images of the cards, and notice what draws your gaze. What thoughts and feelings arise? Do you like or dislike the card, or certain elements in the image of the card? Why is that and what does it remind you of?
Your intuition is your inner compass. My intuitive soul card reading only serves as a reference point, an invitation for you to reflect and ponder and to work your magic. I don’t claim to predict the future, nor can I do that. Take what you resonate and leave what you don’t.
Card reading is a great intuitive tool for us to find some clarity and guidance in our own life, but remember ultimately you are the one who get to decide and live the life you want.
Enjoy reading and feel free to let me know your thoughts, questions and sharing by email.
