We reserve the right to change these Terms or to impose new conditions on use of the Site, from time to time, in which case we will post the revised Terms on this website. By continuing to use the Site after we post any such changes, you accept the Terms of Service, as modified.

The presentation of services or other services of card reading, coaching, and education on the website “taniaho.me” do not constitute a legally binding offer, but merely an invitation to order. It may well be that here and their errors can occur in the Services description or price. Therefore, we check an incoming order, if necessary again and then confirm the contract later
By completing the order process, you submit a binding offer to conclude the contract. The contract is effectively concluded by acceptance of the offer by us. The contract acceptance and thus the effective conclusion of the contract takes place by e-mail. The sending of an acknowledgment of receipt for an order does not constitute a conclusion of the contract.

You have the opportunity to print the contract text (these terms and conditions) during the ordering process and before the conclusion of the contract. Simply use the print function of your browser. You will see the data provided with your order before completing the ordering process, and you may be able to make any necessary corrections.

There is no claim to the conclusion of a contract and/or registration as a user of this website. I reserve the freedom to refuse any offer of a client/customer to conclude a contract without giving any reason.

In order to use certain free or paid services of our website, you must register as a user. When registering, certain mandatory information must be provided. These are at least the following information:

• Username
• E-Mail
• Password

The data are required to create a so called customer account in the online shop system.

Depending on the desired service, however, you may also need to provide the following additional data:

• Name
• Surname
• Name of your company
• Adress
• Postal code
• City
• Country
• Vat number

Which of these details are mandatory is based on the mandatory fields you will be given when registering users on the website.

For paid services, the details of the name and in particular the name of the company must be correct. The same applies to the address. The invoices are generated automatically based on this information.

All information that you provide in connection with the registration must be truthful. This is not just a question of good style, but a requirement. We may block users if facts justify the assumption that untruthful information has been provided in connection with the registration or use of the website.

Prerequisite for the registration is that you have a minimum age of 18 years. Minors are prohibited from registering. But if you are really interested in one of my services and are not yet 18, then your parents can contact us, and we will discuss together your interest.

The registration data (username, password, etc.) provided by you during registration must be kept secret also by you and not be made accessible to unauthorized third parties. Above all, please make sure that you also choose a secure password.

Please take care to ensure that the access to and use of chargeable services using your user data is done exclusively by you or authorized users. If there are facts that justify the assumption that unauthorized third parties have obtained your access data, we should be informed immediately so that we can make a block or change.

The possible methods of payment (Paypal or Direct Bank Transfer) Payment may vary per product. You can usually always pay by Paypal or Direct Bank Tranfer. In addition, e.g. for longer memberships also payments in installments are possible. The possibilities of the method of payment are given during the order processing and before sending your order.

The prices for our standard services are listed in the respective product description. The indicated prices are gross prices and contain already the legal value added tax.

In case you need a specific custom package of services, we will send you an offer based on your needs.

After completing the order, you will receive an invoice for the agreed price. The invoice amount is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice and payable within 14 days, unless otherwise stated in the invoice.

All online private sessions paid have a validity of 3 months from the date of purchase.

Should you wish to cancel your session for any reason, please inform Tania at least 3 days prior to session date at connect@taniaho.me and you will receive a full refund for any payments made.

Rescheduling for your online session is accepted until 1 hour prior to the session begins. Rescheduling should be done within the validity of the session purchase date, otherwise the session paid will be deemed invalid and no refund will be made.

Any no-shows will be charged the full price of the session with no refund.

Should Tania have any emergencies and would need to reschedule or cancel the session, all payments paid will be refunded 100%.

All online courses paid are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time within the existing contractual relationships. We will notify you of any such changes at least 3 weeks prior to the planned entry into force of the changes. If you do not object within 3 weeks from receipt of the notification, the changes shall be deemed to have been validly agreed as of the expiry of the deadline. In the amendment notice, we will point out to you your right of opposition and the consequences of a contradiction. In the event of an objection, We have the right to terminate the contractual relationship with you regarding the planned entry into force of the changes.
