This three-card reading reveals the energy unfolding in this lunar cycle. Together, they show the bigger picture and theme for this period — how it’s time to rest and recharge and allow wisdom to arise from the void.

The key lesson we are learning and growing through under the theme “Void” is shown in the card “Horse Spirit” in the reverse position. The Horse Spirit reminds us that freedom is ours, even if we can’t quite see it yet. If you’re feeling stuck or stagnant in your life right now, or unsure of what to focus on because there are simply too many things on your plate, take a moment to pause and close your eyes. Envision your future self—the one who is living your big dream, who has achieved those goals, and who has everything your current self longs for. How does your future self act? Talk? Behave? Feel? Think?

The Horse Spirit card shares that before you can run freely, you must know which direction you are headed. Once you’ve connected with your future self—the one living your current self’s dream life—do some reverse engineering and see what the one thing is that you need to focus on now.

If you want to become a best-selling author, you must start writing your book. If you want to lose weight, you must make changes to your lifestyle. Just one baby step at a time.

The theme for this lunar cycle is “Void.” Within the void, there isn’t a lot happening because this is the time for contemplation and reflection. It’s the perfect moment to plan for next year and begin gathering your dream seeds. What dream seeds do you want to plant in 2026? All seeds start germinating in the darkness.

The void also invites us to clear space and declutter. I know I say this often. This is the time for shedding old skin. Beyond letting go of the obvious—fears, worries, limiting beliefs—we’re also being asked to release what no longer aligns or resonates with us.

For me, it’s a couple of courses and workshops I used to enjoy teaching, but now I feel like I’ve outgrown them. I believe that when I let go of these familiar offerings, new ideas and new courses will want to be birthed through me.

This is exactly what the experience card reflects—the flow of partnership. Here, the partnership is with the Universe, or whatever you call the bigger presence that is all around us.

This is the energy we are stepping into fully this lunar cycle. There will be times when we need to contract our energy and go within to return to our center. And there will be times when we need to expand, act, and engage with the outer world.

The woman in this card is confident and strong. She isn’t afraid to let go of what’s familiar. She knows a new adventure awaits, even if she doesn’t yet know what it is. And it is time to do something different.

So what is the gift in all of this? The card “Sacred North” shows the way. This card asks us to see the gift of sitting in the darkness. When we rest and turn our attention inward, what insights may arise?

This is not the time to be busy. This is the time to rest, connect with yourself, listen to your heart and soul, and lean into the energetic support of your spiritual team.

Self-care card: 22. Energy Work
Card Deck: The Sacred Self-Care Oracle by Jill Pyle

The sacred self-care card for this lunar cycle is “Energy Work.” This lands perfectly with the theme of the void—of going within and resting. We are all energetic beings, with not only a physical body but also but an emotional body, a mental body and different layers of spiritual bodies. It’s essential to keep our energy bodies as clear as possible. Just as we shower daily for physical hygiene, practices like meditation, energy protection and clearing, and receiving energy healing help rebalance our energy centers.

I love how these cards align beautifully with what my friend Youmin Yap and I are doing in the middle of this lunar cycle—we’re facilitating our third Sacred Rest with Nature Retreat this Dec 5–10, 2025 at Museflower Retreat & Spa, Thailand. There will be various rest invitations offered daily, such as forest bathing, yoga nidra, cacao medicine, and meditation, so participants can experience the 7 types of rest: physical, emotional, mental, sensory, creative, social, and spiritual.

This is the perfect opportunity to rest and recharge before entering the new year. Through these restful practices, we reconnect with our soul’s whispers, allowing us to set a heart-centered and authentic intention for the new year.

 Affirmation for this Lunar Cycle

I trust the wisdom that arises from the void.

REMEMBER TO TAP INTO YOUR INTUITION

I recognize that my interpretation of the cards is largely based on reflections of my personal life experience and you may or may not resonate with what I share. I find that sometimes by sharing what’s going on in my life, others may find that they are going through something similar in their lives. It’s important to know that you are not going through this journey of life alone.

I highly encourage you to look at the cards as well and feel into the messages and energies of the cards yourself.

Read the messages and notice what sensations come up. Do you feel light or tense? Look at the images of the cards, and notice what draws your gaze. What thoughts and feelings arise? Do you like or dislike the card, or certain elements in the image of the card? Why is that and what does it remind you of?

Your intuition is your inner compass. My oracle card reading only serves as a reference point, an invitation for you to reflect and ponder and to work your magic. I don’t claim to predict the future, nor can I do that. Take what you resonate and leave what you don’t.

Card reading is a great intuitive tool for us to find some clarity and guidance in our own life, but remember ultimately you are the one who get to decide and live the life you want.

Enjoy reading and feel free to let me know your thoughts, questions and sharing by email.
