Because of our sensitive and empathic nature, it’s essential for Lightworkers to learn energy tools to ground, clear, and protect their energy—so we feel centered and energized instead of drained and exhausted.
Self-doubt, fear, overthinking, and sensory overload can hold us back from fully expressing the gifts we’ve come here to share.
To truly embody the magical nature of a Lightworker, we need to remember how to live as spiritual, energetic beings while also honoring our human nature.
My intuitive guidance sessions are designed to help you identify what’s weighing you down, and give you practical energy tools to refill your well, call in energetic support, and tend to your inner fire —so you can live as your True Self.
Each intuitive guidance session includes:

- Learning and practicing personalized energy tools
- A “soul work” action step to support integration
I offer a series of four sessions as a package to complete within six months to help you keep the momentum going, while giving you time to practice and integrate the tools between each session.
This journey is open to anyone who identifies as a Lightworker—no matter where you are on your path. You don’t need to work as a Lightworker to embrace your sacred nature.

For guests who stay at Museflower Retreat & Spa I offer a special rate for all my sessions and classes.
We start with sharing your intention for the session and a short meditation to center ourselves. Depending on your need, I may share an energy tool, a meditation, or an exercise, and we will discuss some practical easy actions and simple tasks that you can implement into your daily life.
After each session, you will receive a “soul work” to integrate and practice what we have discussed. Of course, all “soul work” is optional. I have seen people’s energies shift positively by following through their “soul work”.
The four sessions should be completed within a period of 6 months to keep the momentum going. I recommend scheduling the sessions once every 2 to 4 weeks so you will complete all four sessions within 4 months.
This package will expire after 6 months of your first payment, regardless if you have completed the four sessions or not. The reason is that if we wait too long in between the sessions, you can lose focus on your inner healing journey. Your commitment to your spiritual health and healing is key to create shifts in your life.
After every session we will set up a date for our next appointment. However, I understand that we are all busy with our lives and sometimes unexpected things may come up and we may need to reschedule. If you are unsure of fitting four sessions within six months in your current schedule, I suggest that you book for a single session first, such as an online oracle card reading.

All sessions will be held over Zoom, so please make sure to install or download Zoom on your computer or phone. Zoom is free to download. For Zoom to work properly, a stable internet connection is required. For more information on how to use Zoom, check out their website here: https://zoom.us/
I recommend using a computer for our session instead of a phone when possible. A computer usually provides better visual and audio quality, and you will need to be able to see the divination tools too (cards / stones / leaves).
Please also find a quiet space that you won’t be disturbed for the duration of the session. Switch your phone to “Do-Not-Disturb” or Airplane mode, and let family members know that you cannot be reached during this time. It is imperative to have this quiet time and space for yourself that allows you to connect deeper into your heart and with your Soul.
You can bring a pen and paper to jot down any notes. Sessions will NOT be recorded, so please write down anything during the session that resonates with you.
To keep the momentum going. If you have felt drawn to booking a session now, it means it is a right time for you to receive this information. I understand sometimes life happens and we may need to reschedule our session. All rescheduling must be done within 6 months from your payment date, as the availability of my schedule may change. Please make sure that your schedule can accommodate our four sessions prior to committing to booking this series.

With emails, I will typically get back to you within 24-72 hours. If you haven’t received my reply in one week, it may be because the email got lost in cyberspace. Should that happen, I apologize in advance, and please send me a message again here.
- All four sessions in the package must be scheduled within 6 months from the date of purchase
- Payment must be confirmed prior to scheduling your online appointment
- If there is no suitable time to schedule your session, you can cancel your session and receive a full refund
- For any cancellations, inform Tania at least 3 days prior to session date at connect@taniaho.me and you will receive a full refund for any payments made.
- Rescheduling for your online session is accepted until 1 hour prior to the session begins. Rescheduling should be done within the validity of the session purchase date, otherwise the session paid will be deemed invalid and no refund will be made.
- Any no-shows will be charged the full price of the session with no refund.
- Should Tania have any emergencies and would need to cancel the package, all payments paid will be refunded 100%.
- This package is only valid for 6 months after the payment is made and will expire afterwards. If your package expires, no refunds will be made afterwards.

Should you wish to cancel your package for any reason, please inform Tania at least 3 days prior to the first session date here and you will receive a full refund for any payments made.
Rescheduling for your online session is accepted until 1 hour prior to the session begins. Rescheduling should be done within the validity of the session purchase date, otherwise the session paid will be deemed invalid and no refund will be made.
Any no-shows will be charged the full price of the package with no refund.
