WHAT IS THE KEY MESSAGE FOR THIS LUNAR CYCLE?
41. The Unknown – I bow to the infinite intelligence of the cosmos and my next steps are revealed.
With so many uncertainties going on in the world right now, for this lunar cycle we are invited to soften and embrace the magic of the unknown.
Sometimes, in order to feel safe, we just want to control and micromanage everything. And we put on this invisible armor around us and harden our hearts to avoid feeling hurt and pain.
When there’s such a big focus on separation in the world, our nervous system can feel overloaded and it’s easy to lock ourselves in fight / flight / freeze mode.
To keep our hearts open, it’s important to trust that everything happens for a reason.
Though reflection is important for self-improvement and growth, sometimes there are situations and outcomes that we simply cannot control. . A lot of times when things happen against the way we want it to be, we presume that something is inherently wrong with us and that we are not good enough.
Take a step back and stop taking things personally. When things don’t happen the way we wish it to be, it’s not because we are being punished by the Universe or because we have done something wrong. We simply need to be patient, keep on listening to our intuition, and stay curious of what will unfold on our path.
In this card the woman is looking at the bird perched on her hand. If we think about birds and how they fly, they know how to fly effortless with the wind. Birds know when to wait, and when the time is right, they take a leap, stretch their wings, and glide along the sky to get to where they want to go.
Perhaps in this lunar cycle we are asked to do the same. We must learn to be patient and wait for the right timing. If we push ourselves to act against our intuition, or act out of fear, then we are going against the current.
The woman’s eyes are bright and unfazed. It feels like there is a strong awakening within herself. It’s not shown to the world yet, but she has clarity and hope. She exudes confidence in her stillness.
This is a cycle for reflection, internal awakening and patience. There’s no need to take anything personally. We learn to wait and observe keenly like the bird does and when the timing is right, we’ll know it’s time to fly.

Repeat this affirmation as often as you need during this lunar cycle. A great tip is to write your affirmation on a piece of paper and place it somewhere you can see every day as a reminder.
