WHAT IS THE KEY MESSAGE FOR THIS LUNAR CYCLE?
Lifting the veil – questioning everything. Anything unaligned must go.
In this lunar cycle, combined with the eclipse energies, there is a strong theme of ending and saying goodbye to anything that is no longer aligned with our truth.
Our lives may seem to be shaken up, but it is a necessary change to shake out all the things that have been holding us back so we can move forward and create space for this new dawn.
The message of the card is about lifting the veil. It’s time to do an energetic scan of our lives, to identify what is out of alignment, and to take the steps required to bring ourselves back into harmony.
What is draining your energy in your life now? What triggers stress, or makes you feel tired constantly? This is a good starting point as part of your energetic scan to identify what is out of alignment in your life.
What’s really important to help with the whole letting-go process is to amp up your self care. In order to find the energy and motivation to take the steps necessary for change, especially when our energy feels so drained already, is to immerse yourself in as much nourishment as possible.
I find that going on a holiday where we can take a temporary break from our daily life can be refreshing and energizing. The change of scenery can really give us a new perspective and renewed energy to take the necessary steps to declutter our lives.
If a holiday or taking a short break away from home is not possible at the moment, see if you can surround yourself with a loving community who is supportive and nurturing. Connecting with friends and family who are nurturing (and are not stressing you out) can really help to fill up your own cup.
Another important thing to do during this changing time is to keep yourself grounded. As we are creating new space in our lives, it may be hard to find our new footing. So grounding practices, such as taking walks in nature, doing yoga and meditation, and exercising, can help us to stay rooted and calm in the present moment.
We may not have all the answers yet. In fact we do not need all the answers to move forward. All we need to do is to focus on listening to our intuition and take the baby step required towards alignment.
Perhaps the change that needs to made has already been in your mind for a while. It’s been coming to you as a niggling thought or a feeling that comes and go. If so, this lunar cycle is the perfect time to take action on it – whatever’s been on your mind for a while.
It is easy to stay locked in fear and focus on the chaos and suffering of the world. It doesn’t mean that we need to completely ignore what’s going on around us. But it’s also important to lift the veil and focus on what is truly important to you. Focus on what you can control now – which is your immediate surroundings.
To create your own sanctuary that is supportive and nurturing to you, it is time to let go of what is draining your energy. What used to feel supporting may not feel the same anymore and that’s okay.
At the same time, remember to keep yourself grounded and nourished to support yourself in this process of letting-go.
Daily Reflection: Today, I take the baby step of letting go by ____________.
Repeat this affirmation as often as you need during this lunar cycle. A great tip is to write your affirmation on a piece of paper and place it somewhere you can see every day as a reminder.
You can refer to my blog here at Museflower’s webpage on a simple guideline on how to write your own affirmation.
Feel free to change the words to make it 100% aligned to you.
I have the strength to make the necessary changes in my life [or insert this one thing that you really want to change].
I feel rested and nourished.
I am supported.
I have the courage to speak my truth.
I am surrounded with people and things that uplift my energy.
I recognize that my interpretation of the cards is largely based on reflections of my personal life experience and you may or may not resonate with what I share. I find that sometimes by sharing what’s going on in my life, others may find that they are going through something similar in their lives. It’s important to know that you are not going through this journey of life alone.
I highly encourage you to look at the cards as well and feel into the messages and energies of the cards yourself.
Read the messages and notice what sensations come up. Do you feel light or tense? Look at the images of the cards, and notice what draws your gaze. What thoughts and feelings arise? Do you like or dislike the card, or certain elements in the image of the card? Why is that and what does it remind you of?
Your intuition is your inner compass. My intuitive soul card reading only serves as a reference point, an invitation for you to reflect and ponder and to work your magic. I don’t claim to predict the future, nor can I do that. Take what you resonate and leave what you don’t.
Card reading is a great intuitive tool for us to find some clarity and guidance in our own life, but remember ultimately you are the one who get to decide and live the life you want.
Enjoy reading and feel free to let me know your thoughts, questions and sharing by email.
